New Pathway for Undocumented Immigrants: President Biden's Executive Order Explained

Attention immigrant rights supporters and undocumented immigrants!

President Biden has announced a new pathway for certain undocumented immigrants to become Legal Permanent Residents without leaving the US. Key points:

  • For undocumented immigrants married to US citizens
  • Must have been in the US continuously for 10+ years
  • No criminal record
  • Applications start August 19 (more details coming soon)

This "Parole in Place" policy could be life-changing for many families. While it's a step forward, comprehensive immigration reform is still needed.
